The EP is a mixture of blues and rock or progressive rock. It has a mixture of hard metal riffs and lead guitar solos throughout the tracks.

 

The "Sands of Time" (Midnight Version) is an international collaboration with Matt Starr (Ace Frehley, Burning Rain) who contributed his dynamic drums to the track, picking out the rhythm of the heavy guitar, clean rhythm guitar and lead guitar.

 

Kim Andrews' vocals stem from a mixture of an alto octave with other higher octaves throughout the tracks. The track "When the World Falls Apart" has a hard-hitting metal guitar line with added lead guitar. The EP has something for all guitar lovers. All the songs are written, performed and produced by Kim.
